All in one, Eco-Lyzer is a neutral disinfectant cleaner with residual odor control. EPA Reg. No. 5741-24. Patented clean ing technology (US Patent #6,165,965 & #6,180,585) that redu ces janitorial labor by cleaning, disinfecting, and digestin g residual organic soils with one product. Multi-surface saf e with a neutral pH, Eco-Lyzer is safe to use on most floors , including concrete, ceramic, terrazzo, marble, slate, rubb er, VCT, and painted surfaces.
