PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS is a high performance stripping compound formulated to quickly remove heavy build-ups and burnished floor finish . . . enhance the time and labor saving benefits provided through ultra high speed floor care systems!
EXTRA AGGRESSIVE SPEED STRIPPER:
Specially selected solvents in the SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS formula quickly cut through and emulsify multiple layers of floor finish. SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS makes an excellent stripper for heavy build-up or “quick strip” applications, when quick floor turn-around is essential.
VERSATILE AND EASY TO USE:
SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS is versatile. May be used with hot or cool water. Mop on. Agitate. Remove remaining solution easily with a mop, wet vac or automatic scrubber.

Lightly scented, SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS is formulated to eliminate strong solvent odors, which are particularly offensive to hospital and nursing home patients and personnel. SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS contains a light fragrance . . . is pleasant to use.
PRELIMINARY PRECAUTIONS:
Always dilute SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS before using. WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND ADEQUATE EYE PROTECTION. Avoid contact with painted surfaces. Do not use on wood floors or linoleum. Caution should be exercised when stripping rubber or asphalt tile since bleeding, bleaching or softening may occur. Wipe up spills and splashes from baseboards and painted surfaces immediately with damp cloth. Use in well-ventilated areas.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Some individuals may be sensitive to ingredients in this product. Before using, read product label and MSD sheet. Wet floors may be slippery. Prevent pedestrian traffic with signs or barricades.
Depending on build-up, dilute SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS from 1:1 to 1:5 with hot water. When minimal fragrance is desired, dilute Shineline Emulsifier Plus with room temperature water. Automatic scrubbers: dilute up to 1:10.
Liberally apply SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS with mop to small section (100 sq. ft.) of floor. Be sure to completely cover floor to baseboards. Exercise caution as wet floor may become extremely slippery.
After 3 to 5 minutes, agitate the wetted section with mop or machine scrub. Pick up solution using mop, wet vac.
OR damp mop two or three times with clear water to remove residue or squeegee tracks OR to save time and labor and to provide maximum conditioning and gloss, use Shineline Floor Prep according to directions.
Mop on/Mop off Stripper Procedure*
Dilute up to 1:1 (128 oz. per gallon of water) and liberally mop on SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS. Exercise caution as wet floor may become extremely slippery. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, agitate the wetted section with mop.
Wait 5 minutes and mop off solution.
Damp mop using Shineline Floor Prep diluted 1:25 (5 oz. per gallon of water).
Pick up solution with a clean mop. Rinse with clear water, allow floor to dry and apply seal and floor finish.
* Following this procedure, SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS will strip the equivalent of three coats of On an' On floor finish.

SHINELINE EMULSIFIER PLUS is available in 275-gallon, DOT approved disposable totes; HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) 55, 30 and 15-gallon drums, 5-gallon pails and gallons, four per case. Label copy is provided in both English and Spanish. Secondary labels are also available.
